The breakfasts were delicious and good with home made oven baked breads and toast, for example, couldn’t ask for anything better. Location: the hotel was short walk to a lush garden, the city centre which costs 1000 kyats by motorbike, and the greenery of the mountains.

Great value for money, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was ideal for hiking and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and considerate.
The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

We had 2 good days here, would be happy to recommend the place. The place was fairly clean, neat rooms. A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was nice to satisfy everyone. We loved rooms with great breakfast. The location was beautiful and excellent, the staff was excellent! Also, Christ The King Church was 1 mile away from the venue.

The rooms were incredibly cozy and comfortable, with hot showers and plenty of blankets. The owners went above and beyond to help us plan our trip to the elephant sanctuary. The breakfast was absolutely mouthwatering, with freshly baked bread. The location, although a bit off the center, was a peaceful and beautiful hillside escape. The staff provided a lot of useful information on hiking routes and activities in the area. The cleanliness of the accommodation was top-notch and the wifi was fast. The pick-up service for ordering take away food in the evening was a convenient option. this was the best place I've stayed in SE Asia and the staff made sure we had an unforgettable stay.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with towels and a heater provided. The location of the hotel was convenient, not too far from the city and close to hiking trails. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable, providing a printout guide of different trails and their difficulty levels. The breakfast included in the stay was delicious and there was a beautiful garden and sitting areas to relax in.
The bathroom tended to get wet all over after showering and there was no squeegee provided to clean it up. The hotel was located a bit far from the city center, making it necessary to take a motorbike or taxi to get around.

I recently stayed at Thitaw II for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and generous, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The location was ideal, just a short walk from beautiful mountain hikes and away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great amenities like hot showers and space heaters. The breakfast was delicious and filling, especially the homemade banana bread. I also appreciated the helpful guide provided for nearby activities and attractions. Thitaw II exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to all travelers.
I recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing experience at Thitaw II Bed & Breakfast. Marc, the owner, warmly welcomed us and made us feel right at home. The spacious and beautifully decorated rooms were a delight. The tranquil setting and lovely garden created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The homemade and healthy breakfast, including delicious self-baked bread, was one of the best we've ever had. This was truly our best accommodation in Myanmar.

We had a wonderful stay in a charming, clean, and comfortable room. The cozy atmosphere and beautiful garden made us feel close to nature. We enjoyed the amazing breakfast, especially the homemade bread and real butter. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with information about local activities like hiking in the area. The location was perfect, with easy access to nature trails and breathtaking views. In everything we needed, this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
The small space heater provided little heat, so we had to wear layers to stay warm.

Lovely hotel, affordable price. Modern, clean rooms. Ideal places to relax. Best breakfast in Asia. Owners, masters of simple touches. Highly recommended! Shame about the car hire with a driver and laundry service, I really missed those.
